Student Registration as a Kanreikai Member

All students currently registered and training at a Kanreikai Karate school must become a student-members of World Kanreikai Karate and pay their annual subscription fee of $25CAN.

• Students who are members of World Kanreikai Karate will be eligible for Tip and Belt Promotion tests, training with a Kanreikai competition team and activities organized by their Kanreikai school and/or World Kanreikai Karate.
• Online services will also be offered to student-members of World Kanreikai Karate.
• A welcome email will be sent to every student whose registration will have been completed. The student’s chief instructor will be notified.
• The student (or Head of Family/ Parent if the student is underage) will receive a Login Info (email address and password), which will allow him/her to connect to his/her World Kanreikai Karate account – One account per family managed by the Head of Family/Parent.

IMPORTANT :

• Only persons currently registered and active at a Kanreikai Karate school can register as student-members of World Kanreikai Karate.
• The registration procedure includes the payment of subscription fees which are non-refundable in the event of inadmissible registration.

How to register online?

By selecting the OPTION which corresponds to the family situation of the student – or students – to register:

1. ADULT-STUDENT – An adult student who registers himself/herself (as the only student in the family)
2. CHILD-STUDENT REGISTERED BY HIS/HER PARENT – An underage student registered by his/her parent (who is not a student but who is Head of Family)
3. CHILDREN-STUDENTS (2 OR MORE) REGISTERED BY THEIR PARENT – Two underage students (or more) of the same family registered by their parent (who is not a student but who is Head of Family)
4. ADULT-STUDENT AND OTHER STUDENTS OF THE FAMILY – Registration of the adult-student (Head of Family) followed by the registration of other family members (children and/or adults)

1 – Adult-Student (18 ans +)

Registration can be done from a desktop (recommended) or mobile device.

Steps to be taken by the adult-student (Head of Family by default):

• Click on Kanreikai Student – 1 year ($25) – Sign Up
• Opt for Not a Member? Create a new Account
• Are you a GUARDIAN? – Select No (default)
• Enter the information required for the adult-student to be registered
• Proceed with the payment of the subscription fee ($25) by credit card (Visa, MC)
• Digitally sign the agreement and disclaimer associated with the subscription.

2 – One child-student registered by his/her parent

Registration can be done from a desktop (recommended) or mobile device.

Steps to be taken by the parent of the underage student (under 18):

• Click on Kanreikai Student – 1 year ($25) – Sign Up
• Opt for Not a Member? Create a new Account
• Are you a GUARDIAN? – Select Yes
• Enter the required information for the parent (Guardian) and the child (Participant) to be registered
• Proceed with the payment of the subscription fee ($25) by credit card (Visa, MC)
• Digitally sign the agreement and disclaimer associated with the child’s subscription

3 – Children-students (2 or more) registered by their parent

Registration can be done from a desktop (recommended) or mobile device.

Steps to be taken by the parent of underage students (less than 18):

1. Registration of 1^st child-student:
   • Click on Kanreikai Student – 1 year ($25) – Sign Up
   • Select option Not a Member? Create a new Account
   • Are you a GUARDIAN? Select Yes
   • Enter the required information for the parent (Guardian) and the 1^st child (Participant) to register
   • Proceed with the payment of the subscription fee ($25) by credit card (Visa, MC)
   • Digitally sign the agreement and disclaimer associated with the child’s subscription
2. Registration of 2^nd child-student:
   • Click in tab My Profile / My family / Add a person
   • Enter the first name and last name of the 2^nd child – Save
   • Click on the Sign Up tab
   • Click on Kanreikai Student – 1 year ($25) – Sign Up
   • Who is Signing up? Select the name of the 2^nd child
   • Proceed with registration (Info, Payment and Signature)
3. Repeat Step 2 for the other children-students of the family, if any

4 – Adult-student and other students of the family

Steps to be taken by the adult-student (Head of Family responsible for the family account):

1. Registration of the adult-student:
   • Click onKanreikai Student – 1 year ($25) – Sign Up
   • Select option Not a Member? Create a new Account
   • Are you a GUARDIAN? – Select No (default option)
   • Enter required information for the adult-student to register
   • Proceed with the payment of the subscription fee ($25) by credit card (Visa, MC)
   • Digitally sign the agreement and disclaimer associated with the subscription
2. Registration of a 2^nd student of the family (child or adult):
   • Click on tab My Profile / My family / Add a person
   • Enter the first name and last name of the 2^nd student – Save
   • Click on the Sign Up tab
   • Click on Kanreikai Student – 1 year ($25) – Sign Up
   • Who is Signing up? Select the name of the 2^nd student
   • Proceed with registration (Info, Payment et Signature of the child’s parent or the adult)
3. Repeat Step 2 for other students of the family, if any
