Sensei Michaël Cordeiro, head instructor of the Kanreikai Karate Vaudreuil dojo, won the 7th position during the Kyokushin Rengokai World Open Weight Championship, which took place on April 8 and 9, 2023, in Yokohama, Japan.
Accompanied by Sensei Anthony Cordeiro of Montreal Kanreikai Karate and Senpai Ruthanne Anderson of Vaudreuil Kanreikai Karate, Sensei Mick reached the quarter-finals of his category, which had 76 participants, during this very high level Championship.
